Looking for a part-time opportunity in a friendly, fast-paced, and delicious environment? The Cheesecake Shoppe & Café is hiring a Bakery & Café Associate to join our team!

 

About the Role

This position is bakery-first—you’ll be at the heart of our shop, assisting with bakery operations, customer orders, and ensuring our guests feel welcome. Coffee and espresso preparation will also be part of your role, with full training provided.

Part-time shifts include mornings, afternoons, and weekends. Additional hours may be available during the busy holiday season.

 

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and friendliness

• Take and prepare customer orders accurately

• Assist with bakery operations, preparing products, and kitchen/back-of-house tasks

• Prepare coffee and espresso drinks (training provided, but experience welcome)

• Maintain cleanliness and restock items as needed in both front and back areas

• Support your team by stepping in where needed and keeping an eye out for what needs to be done

• Self-motivated and able to take initiative

• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable

• Availability for morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts

• Experience in bakery, food service, customer service, or coffee preparation (preferred but not required—training will be provided)
